It does not control the practices of employers, applicant-tracking systems, app stores, or other third parties whose services you may reach through Fliq. Please read their notices before providing them with information.

You may provide account details, contact information, resumes, work history, education, skills, preferences, application answers, and communications with us. The information you choose to include in an application can contain details that may be considered sensitive under applicable law.

Please provide only information that is relevant to your job search and that you are comfortable sharing with prospective employers. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and lawful to provide.

When you use Fliq, we may collect technical information such as device type, browser, operating system, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages viewed, interactions with the service, and diagnostic information needed to keep the product reliable.

We use this information to operate the service, understand product performance, prevent abuse, and improve the experience. We may use cookies or similar technologies for these purposes.

We use your information to create and maintain your account, show relevant opportunities, help you prepare or submit applications when you ask us to, respond to support requests, and communicate service updates.

We may also use de-identified or aggregated information to analyze trends, improve our systems, test new features, and protect the security and integrity of Fliq.

When you choose to apply for a role, we may share the information required for that application with the relevant employer, recruiter, applicant-tracking system, or other service involved in processing the application.

We may also share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or improve Fliq. These providers may process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this Policy.

Fliq may use automated systems to organize your information, suggest opportunities, and support application workflows. We use safeguards designed to limit access and process information only for the service and improvement purposes described here.

Where permitted, we may use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate and improve our automated systems. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide Fliq, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we collected it.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it in accordance with our retention procedures and applicable law.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect your account credentials.
