Keeping Fliq secure is a shared effort. We welcome responsible reports from people who spot a potential issue in our website, product, or supporting systems.

1. Reporting a potential issue
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting Fliq, please email hello@fliq.app with the subject line “Security report.” Include a clear description of the issue, the affected area, and the steps we can use to reproduce it.
Useful reports also include the potential impact, any supporting screenshots or logs that do not expose another person’s information, and a secure way for us to follow up with you.
2. Please report responsibly
We welcome good-faith research that helps protect Fliq and the people who use it. Please avoid accessing, changing, deleting, or downloading data that is not yours; interrupting the service; or testing in a way that could affect another person’s account or experience.
Give us reasonable time to investigate before sharing a potential vulnerability publicly. We ask that you do not publish details or use an issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it while we review the report.
3. How we handle reports
We review credible reports, investigate the affected area, and prioritize fixes according to their potential impact. We may contact you for further detail, and we appreciate your patience while we validate and address the report.
Fliq does not currently operate a public bug-bounty program. Acknowledgement, rewards, or response timelines are not guaranteed, but responsible reports help us make the product safer for everyone.
