These Terms and Conditions govern your access to Fliq, including our website, mobile experience, job-discovery tools, and related services. By creating an account, browsing the service, or otherwise using Fliq, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate, current information when you use Fliq. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or if any information connected to it is no longer accurate.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account when we reasonably believe it creates risk for Fliq, other users, employers, or the integrity of the service.

Fliq helps you discover roles and may assist with preparing or transmitting application materials. Job listings, compensation details, availability, and hiring timelines are supplied by employers, applicant-tracking systems, or other third parties and can change without notice.

You remain responsible for reviewing each role and every application before it is submitted. Using Fliq does not guarantee an interview, offer, placement, response from an employer, or a particular hiring outcome.

You retain ownership of the information, documents, and other content you provide to Fliq. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service you request.

Do not upload information that is false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, work history, and any answers supplied in connection with an application.

Some Fliq features may summarize roles, recommend opportunities, organize information, or help draft application materials using automated systems. These features are designed to assist your decisions, not replace your judgment.

Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify all generated content, edit it where appropriate, and ensure it reflects your own experience, qualifications, and intentions before relying on it.

You may use Fliq only for lawful job-search and career purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, scrape or reproduce our content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate the rights of another person or organization.

You may not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work authorization, or relationship to an employer. We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including removing content or terminating access.

Fliq may link to or connect with employer sites, applicant-tracking systems, app stores, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices, and operational practices.

We do not control third-party content or services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or decisions. Any relationship you form with an employer or third party is directly between you and that party.

Fliq and its associated interface, designs, marks, software, and content are owned by Fliq or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, rent, sell, or create derivative works from any part of Fliq except where we have given you express written permission or applicable law allows it.

Fliq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that every listing will be current, or that any use of Fliq will lead to employment or another specific result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fliq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You agree to defend and indemnify Fliq and its team against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.
